(1) In addition to the conditions mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, the licensed company shall comply with the following conditions:-
(a) to conduct all its business in the name of the company,
(b) The player should not be allowed to play the game on loan or loan (c) not to permit immoral, licentious or criminal activity within the casino premises,
(d) Games should not be played in a way that is contrary to Nepali tradition, culture and social dignity (e) If a suspicious person is found at the casino site, the police should be informed immediately (f) CCTV in such a way that the face of every person entering the casino premises is clearly captured and the gaming activities within the premises are visible. To be connected,
(g) CCTV as per Clause (f). Records should be preserved for six months and provided if requested by the Ministry (h) To maintain the quality of water, drinks and food provided to the players (i) Promotion, dissemination and advertising should not be done in order to encourage the casino,
(j) At least fifty persons should be employed in the casino,
(k) Not to disturb the peace and order and not to do any activities against public interest and morals,
(l) To follow the instructions given by the Ministry and the Financial Information Unit from time to time.
(2) If any condition is specified by the Ministry while granting the license, the licensed company shall also comply with such condition.
